We hope you enjoy your purchase, however; on occasion, it may not be just right. We want everything to be perfect, so we are happy to offer the following:

Returns, exchanges, refunds

Within 14 days of purchase date, must be unused and in the original, new condition you receive it in. All items are quality control checked before they are shipped. Any damaged or worn item will be refused for credit or exchange. Custom design, Lay-a-way, Sale, and Special Orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. For repairs, returns, refunds, and exchanges - customer is responsible to insure and have tracking in place. You must arrange a return and receive a return authorization number before we can accept the item. Return Numbers must be marked clearly on the outside of the box.
